Recovered historical introduction page Provisional sequence (fixed source-record order)

Browsing order follows the fixed Discussn.dat record order (record 5 of 18), per accepted ordering evidence: 'Discussn.dat fixed-record order + DFD ordered occurrence transitions'. Runtime previous/next page-link bytes are not decoded from source ('runtime control observed; no per-page source link decoded'); this order is the best-supported sequence available, not a confirmed reproduction of the original application's exact page flow.
