Description Disc 1 (2011)

53 - 65 cm. Adult has the bare skin of head and upper neck yellowish to orange with blue markings bordered with green on the crown: dull black above, glossed greenish or purplish, under side duller: iris red: bill ivory white: tarsi dull white: primaries and secondaries from below lighter than in /Cathartes aura .<nIn juveniles the bald parts of head and neck are gray.
