White-browed Warbler

14.5 cm. Gray head with black stripes on the side of the crown and through the eye. White supraloral spot and an interrupted white eye ring. Upperparts dark olive. Underside white with gray mottling across chest, the flanks with an olive tinge, and a greenish crissum. Bill black. Legs flesh colored. <NJuveniles have the head, sides and flanks gray. Call a very high frequency "pseek". The distinctive song is a series of high pitched whistles, slowly delivered, which become gradually lower pitched e.g. listen to vocalization 5 .
