Base recovered review record

Status: open

Issue: Moved one opening-description segment from account 172 to account 173.

Evidence: Segment begins '24 CM' and describes Bare-throated Bellbird, while account 172 already has complete media endings.

Recommended action: Confirm visually against the original program or field notes when available; retain correction unless contradicted.

Review v1.1 decision

Status: accepted_provisionally

Reviewer: ChatGPT structural audit

Notes: The correction is strongly supported by account grammar, checklist order, species-name evidence, and media-segment placement. Retain in the working dataset; optional confirmation against the original program or field notes remains.
