6.3 Crown rufous. Back olive-brown. Black throat patch. Below gray becoming olivaceous on the lower flanks and paler in the center of the abdomen. Tail long, consisting of olivaceous-brown acuminate feathers. <NImmature plumage has no rufous, but a dark brown crown. Below chiefly ochraceous brown with no black gular patch. "wit di-di-di....... wit di-di-di..." the three last sounds a little bit higher pitched than the "wit" sound. Repeated many times. Can also be heard on ^113. Climbing around in bushes and undergrowth, hard to see, if not singing. Builds a stick nest with long side entrance in a tree ^30 .
